I wanted to let you know how Denis at Orleans Collision went beyond the call of duty in having my car repaired. He himself picked my car up at my home, had the car repaired, then returned it to me within a couple of hours - looking all shiny and new. I thought I'd have to go to the collision centre as well as the car rental office with both my foster children but, when he found out that one of my babies had been quite sick, he made these arrangements. I really appreciated it.

Thanks Martin and Rainsoft Ottawa.  Since the installation of our system, the whole family has softer skin and everyone drinks more tap water.  Gone are the days of serving bottled water in our house!  It’s a great investment!  Thank you!

This is just a quick note to express our profound appreciation for the RainSoft Water Treatment System and the Rain Soft Drinking Water System recently installed by your firm in our new home. Although this is a new home, hard water stains and related concerns had soon become evident. Now our concerns have been put to rest!  The first difference in water quality was seen in our dishwasher. The stainless steel interior no longer has a white residue, and is as clean as the day it was purchased. Dishes have a new sparkle!  With the drinking water system, we have enjoyed the endless supply of quality water – as well as the good “tea” and “coffee” we now enjoy. Needless to say, bathing is a pleasure!!

Dear Mr. Barrett.  I recently won the Rainsoft reverse osmosis unit from your company at a Green Exhibition in Lansdowne Park.  What a wonderful surprise!  Living in a rural area with a well, we often carried 18 liter bottles of water to supplement our water supply.  Our days of carrying and lifting these heavy water bottles are over, thanks to you.  Within a week of winning this wonderful prize, your technician came and installed the unit.  He was not only efficient in having the unit installed in an hour but explained how the unit worked and when to replace the filters for optimum performance.  We have been drinking the water and it is fresh, clear and wonderful tasting.  Once again thank you for our great tasting water and eliminating the need to carry those heavy 18 liter water bottles.

Just a quick note to thank you for your visit yesterday to see how we are doing and to give us a quick demonstration of ‘how’ to put the salt in, etc.  I wanted to tell you how happy we are with the new Rainsoft Water Softener.  Within 20 minutes, of having the Apollo Gold unit installed, I noticed a difference in the water.  My hands actually felt silky.  The spots on the stainless steel sink could be wiped away very easily.  Before installing this softener I found that my tea had a scum or film on it and the toilets were getting crusty.  Since this house was a brand new house (1 month), I was worried what my toilets and appliances (ie. Washer, dishwasher kettle, etc.) would be like after a year.  After 2 days, I noticed a change in the crusty feel of the toilet bowl.  As for my tea, the very first evening at supper I noticed that the tea film or scum had disappeared.  Once again thanks for a great product!

I love Rainsoft!  I’m an older woman and the benefits the system gives me in my everyday life is amazing.  Clean up is a breeze with this water and the way it makes my bath foam is like expensive bath soap.  I have two male Abyssinian cats and they love the cold water now.  My daughter and I have morning teas and the pure water has improved the pleasure of a nice tea with my paper.  The best feature though is the soft feet and skin the water has given me.  My nurse can’t believe the difference between my feet and those of others she helps.  Rainsoft has helped this 87 year old lady’s life to be easier.

Orleans Collision helped me avoid a potential nightmare with a used vehicle I was looking to purchase. The previous owner downplayed the accident it had been through saying it was very minor. I brought the vehicle to Orleans Collision and Denis gave it a once over. His words after examination were. This vehicle has been in a MAJOR car accident. Needless to say and didn’t buy the used vehicle. Thanks Denis, you were a big help.
